Playing our part in the climate transition and promoting environmental awareness at the workplace
Educating our employees about environmental causes and helping raise awareness on climate change is part of a roadmap to reduce Brevo’s environmental impact.
For this reason, starting from January 2023 we have deployed educational Climate Fresk online sessions for all new company joiners.
The Climate Fresk is an innovative, efficient, and collaborative game of cards, that uses collective intelligence to raise awareness and understand the scientific bases underlying climate change. The Climate Fresk is a powerful tool for providing quality climate education and engaging our employees on environmental issues.
Created by Cédric Ringenbach, the Climate Fresk is a fun workshop rigorously based on the scientific foundations and sourced from the most respected scientific publications: the IPCC* reports. These are the same reports that inform global political and economic decision-making at the highest level.
Climate Fresk is neutral and objective and presents only established scientific facts. It is a very accessible and effective tool to ensure that every employee understands the commitment of the company to environmental responsibility and that everyone plays their part in the climate transition.
By activating the group’s collective intelligence, Climate Fresk workshops enable participants to take ownership of the subject matter.
This 3h training, facilitated by some of the Green committee members has become mandatory during our onboarding process.
